KIFÜ Service Catalog design

Within the framework of the contract for the development of the KIFÜ Service Catalog, we performed the following tasks:

• Elaboration of a methodology and data model for the development/design and operation of a catalog of services that can be published for KIFÜ customers and also support internal processes
• Preparation of documentation of service catalog design and maintenance methodology and processes

• Identification of processes and actors related to service catalog maintenance. Developing the use of the service catalog by other processes
• Create a service catalog template
• Planning the initial data upload of the service catalog and implementation of the upload in cooperation with KIFÜ
• Create a service catalog uploaded with initial data
