ANSWARE Ltd. within the framework of Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme, in the subject of “Prototype, product-, technology- and service development” has won financial support with its project named “ Development of a software and a methodology supporting the introduction and development of ITSM-based operation for organizations operating IT in the SME sector”.

The amount of the grant awarded is 57 618 423 Ft.

Intensity is 62.66% of the project's total eligible costs.

The brief description of the professional content:

The aim of the project is to create a software that supports the introduction and development of a niche-based ITSM-based operation that promotes the introduction and strengthening of the management approach of low maturity level operating organizations in the ITSM perspective. By developing this competence, the operating organizations will be able to implement and operate more efficiently a successful ITSM and thus realize the benefits of ITSM.
