NISZ (National Infocommunications Service Company)- Expert tasks in auditing services

Expert tasks related to the auditing of services to be introduced under the project "Consolidation of the IT infrastructure of public administration in order to reduce costs" (KÖFOP-1.0.0-VEKOP-15-2015-00005).

These included the examination of ISO 20000 compliance documents (for example regulatory and process plans), the reviewof the implementation and the tasks related to the ISO20000 internal audit. We summarized our experiences in audit reports and developed our suggestions for modification and elimination of differences.
