Answare Ltd. was a supporter of this years’s Parliament of the Information Society, held for the fourth time on 26-27th june.

The title of this year’s event was „Hungary’s Digital Eco-system”. This year’s Parliament of the Information Society served as the first forum for the government’s representatives to present their views on the execution of the government’s functions and the distribution of EU funds.

The event, organized by the IT pro Society Association and the ICT Association of Hungary, is the largest meeting and most important representative forum for members of public administration, civil society, and the ICT sector. This year, 1100 registered guests and 110 presenters attended the programs of the event. The main issues discussed this year were education and the fight against digital illiteracy, the increasing demands towards electronic governmental services, and IT solutions as the instruments of social inclusion and economic development.
